This is the way to use dot proxy on pc for airtel free internet. Working for me in mobile and pc both with dotproxy but in pc many sites are not opening like Facebook,mediafire,gmail.
Do This in dotproxy
Local listen port-1234
Header Mods- tick both
Now go to URL Mods and put this
0:https//si0twimg.com/
In browser put
proxy-127.0.0.1
Port-1234
